Executive Function Support Groups for Parents, Teens and Adults

You don't have to navigate executive functioning challenges alone.

At My EF Coach, we believe that support, connection, and practical tools can make a meaningful difference in daily life. Our Executive Function Support Groups are designed to help individuals and families strengthen essential skills while building confidence and community.

Parent Support Group

Parenting a child with executive functioning challenges can be both rewarding and overwhelming. This group provides a supportive environment where parents can learn effective strategies, share experiences, and gain practical tools to help their children succeed at home, at school, and in everyday life. Participants build confidence as they connect with other parents who understand the unique challenges of raising children with executive functioning differences.

Teen Executive Function Group

This group helps teens develop the executive functioning skills needed for success in school, relationships, extracurricular activities, and future careers. Participants learn practical strategies for organization, time management, planning, self-regulation, and follow-through. Through peer support and skill-building activities, teens gain confidence and discover that they are not alone in their struggles.

Adult Accountability and Body Doubling Group

Many adults find it difficult to stay organized, manage competing responsibilities, or follow through on important tasks. This group combines accountability, body doubling, and peer support to help participants reduce procrastination, increase productivity, and achieve personal and professional goals. Members encourage one another while practicing executive functioning strategies that can be applied immediately in daily life.

Skills We Strengthen Together

Our groups focus on helping participants:

  • Plan and organize effectively
  • Manage time and prioritize responsibilities
  • Improve focus and follow-through
  • Manage emotions and reduce stress
  • Build routines and sustainable habits
  • Connect, learn, and grow with others facing similar challenges

Whether you are a parent supporting your child, a teen building lifelong skills, or an adult seeking structure and accountability, our groups provide a welcoming space to learn, practice, connect, and grow.

Learn. Practice. Connect. Grow.
