Meg Bunka

Hello and thank you for visiting my coaching site!  My name is Meg Bunka and I am an executive function coach located in Colorado Springs, CO. I have a background and master's degree in counseling and have spent the last decade focused specifically on helping others to improve their executive functioning skills.  I have worked in the classroom, as a speaker at conferences for school districts and also at my own office providing one-on-one instruction, coaching and support. I have a passion for helping people learn to manage themselves, their thoughts, emotions, and behavior. I believe the best way to do this is by teaching and practicing effective strategies and tools to make seemingly arduous tasks more simplistic and natural.

Executive functioning (planning, organizing, working memory, time management, emotional regulation, and all the skills that help someone manage themselves, their behavior, their thoughts, and feelings), is something that happens naturally and without a lot of thinking for many individuals. For others of us, these incredibly important and useful skills are not natural, or easy. A bit of help and practice can help, but the proper structure and good training can make a massive impact on your day-to-day living, academic performance, work, and relational success.
