Purpose/Goal:
To help those transitioning into retirement to explore their expectations, examine thoughts and beliefs of identity, consider their purpose, manage time and freedom and build community and connectedness with other women.

Frequency/Timing:
8 sessions (every other week beginning last week of August and finishing the first week of Dec.) – Monday nights 6:30-8pm

Leadership:
This group will be run by two counselors. Leigh Saulsbury M.A. and Meg Bunka M.A. NCC.
