The final session, “Emotional Regulation and Situational Awareness” workshop, parents will learn strategies to help their children manage emotions, develop self-awareness, and navigate social situations effectively. We will discuss techniques for identifying and expressing emotions, practicing mindfulness, and fostering situational awareness to promote positive interactions and emotional well-being.
